Welcome to the wild, whiskey-soaked ride that is Mayhem, Malpractice & Bourbon.  The only podcast where emergency room war stories, chaotic comedy, and top-shelf bourbon collide like a Code Blue at happy hour!  I'm your host, Wayne Robinson, and if you don't know me yet.....well, buckle up!  I'm not just the guy behind the mic, I'm a real-life ER nurse, moonlighting in oncology, that literally has seen it all:  the absurd, the outrageous, the downright disturbing, and occasionally heartwarming (but we will try not to dwell too much on that part).  After more than a decade in the trenches of the Emergency Department, I figured it was time to stop trauma dumping on my co-workers and start trauma podcasting for the masses.

Mayhem, Malpractice & Bourbon is meant to be that 13th hour of the shift - the one where we clock out, pour a stiff drink, and finally breathe.  At my core, I am an artist and a comedian.  So, this show will be a comedy based grab bag where we take humorous dives into sports, classic movies, music, parenting, relationships, and much more.  Just a couple of nurses telling war stories, laughing, blowing off steam, and playing some truly off-the-wall drinking games.  Anything goes.

The second mission?  Bourbon.  More specifically, New York State bourbon.  Forget the Kentucky trail - New York has some of the finest brown-baggers I've ever tasted.  Each week, I'll spotlight a bourbon from a different NY distillery, and whenever I can, I'll take you behind the scenes on the road to see the craft up close.
